BOSTON – JLL Construction has grown its Boston team with the addition of: Brian Keenan as Senior Construction Manager, Roy Medina as a Senior Estimator, Erick Vargas as Estimator, and Theron Blank as Superintendent.
Keenan joins JLL Construction with over 15 years of industry experience. In his new role Brian will lead project teams throughout the construction process. He most recently served as a Senior Project Manager at Charles Services. Keenan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Norwich University.
Medina joins the group with over 18 years of experience. He is an accomplished MEP estimator on healthcare, commercial, office, hospitality, education, and institutional projects. Medina holds a Bachelor’s degree from Salem State College.
Vargas’s experience includes preconstruction services and cost management. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Mr. Blank comes to the firm with over 15 years of industry experience. He will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of field operations which includes the on-site supervision of subcontractors, scheduling of resources and materials, job site coordination with architectural and engineering personnel, and quality control.
With these additions, JLL Construction now employs 30 people in its Boston office.
