CHICAGO – Institute of Real Estate Management announceD the finalists for the 2019 Real Estate Management Excellence Awards. The IREM REME Awards recognize exceptional companies and individuals as best of the best in real estate management.

Since 2015, the REME Awards have celebrated the innovative business practices and successful initiatives that are moving the real estate management profession forward.

Since beginning their Sustainability Intiative, Schochet has completed over 130 energy saving projects throughout their properties.
• Southwest Clinical Center, Brasilia, Brazil
Seven tons of polycarbonate was removed and recycled from the Centro Clinico Sudoeste building and replaced with tensioned textile, resulting in better air circulation and acoustics, more natural light, and better protection against rain, dust, and sun.
