HAMILTON, Mass. – Inc.ubate Coworking announced the opening of its third location at the historic Patton Homestead in Hamilton, Mass. Currently accepting applications for membership, Inc.ubate Hamilton will open its latest shared office space in the spring of 2021.

With a goal of connecting innovative, entrepreneurial, and small business professionals with the business resources they need to succeed and grow the region’s economic ecosystem, Michael Lucerto founded Inc.ubate Coworking in 2016. Other locations include Lynn and Winthrop, Mass. All monthly memberships in Inc.ubate Coworking include printing, private space booking, marketing support, business mentorship, business address/mail, access to House of Blues VIP membership, and Red Sox season tickets, and more. Membership rates start at $100 per month.

Located at 650 Asbury Street, Inc.ubate Coworking Hamilton options include shared or private office space alongside newly rehabilitated common areas. Members can work from inside the historic home around an old New England fireplace or outside in an Adirondack chair overlooking this 23-acre estate. The grounds also include public access to the Ipswich River for kayaking or canoeing, walking trails, bird watching, and plenty of space to hold an outdoor event or activity.

“We are the only shared office space in the region that provides business professionals a collaborative, creative, working community,” said Michael. “Our goal is to help our members build their business with a diverse array of services, expertise, and innovation under one roof.”

Inc.ubate Coworking hopes to achieve four main community objectives:

  • To revitalize downtown and historic areas of the communities where it operates and to make it a destination for professionals, their clients, and coworkers.
  • Become a local hub and driver of ideas for local business/economic development.
Establish a working/learning culture. This means that members will learn additional expertise from their peer members and Inc.ubate Coworking guests.
  • Inc.ubate Coworking will also aim to pass knowledge onto the community beyond the confines of the physical space.
  • Support local scholarship, improved educational access, professional development, and community health and wellness.

In addition to coworking space, the historic Patton Homestead is the perfect venue to host a large personal or corporate event. Inc.ubate Coworking Hamilton has a number of conference room areas within the historic home, barn, and stables for various events.

Inc.ubate Coworking worked with interior designer Joanna Ciampa on the new Hamilton location.
