WALTHAM, MA – Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a commercial property management and development firm specializing in leasing, construction and development of Class A office space, announced that Sara Corzo and Michael Lencioni have joined the firm as assistant real estate managers.

Sara Corzo, Assistant Real Estate Manager, Leasing Specialist

Sara joins Hobbs Brook Management as a leasing specialist, bringing significant real estate experience from 10 years in commercial and residential real estate. Her skills include leasing, sales, business operations, client supervision, accounting, and property maintenance for commercial and multifamily properties. Previously, Sara served as a portfolio administrator for Boston Development Group, an associate financial representative for Northwestern Mutual, and as a property management consultant for Investments Limited. Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts, and has been a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts since 2007.

Michael Lencioni

Michael Lencioni, Assistant Real Estate Manager, Construction Specialist
As a LEED AP BD+C accredited professional, Michael brings 20 years of extensive design and construction experience for the planning and preparation of construction drawings for a range of projects, including new buildings and tenant fit ups for corporate office spaces, residence halls, and medical and lab facilities. Prior to joining Hobbs Brook Management, Michael was a project team member at Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) and at Shepley Bulfinch. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University.
