BOSTON—Gables Residential, a multifamily development and management, announced that apartment community Gables Seaport, located on 501 Congress Street, has opened its Marketing Center.
Along with Drew Company, Gables Residential is bringing a 23-story, 307 apartment home building to South Boston’s Seaport District, an area which has been transformed into a bustling waterfront destination with vast dining, shopping, and cultural destinations.
Gables Seaport’s Marketing Center is in the South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center at 406 Summer Street, adjacent to the Silver Line MBTA Station on World Trade Center Avenue. The office will be open Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 1pm-5pm.
