It features state-of-the-art office spaces, including the global headquarters of Vertex Pharmaceuticals at 50 Northern Avenue and 11 Fan Pier Boulevard, alongside premier residences such as Twenty Two Liberty and 50 Liberty. The final building of Fan Pier is set to break ground in the near future.

Anchored by the scenic HarborWalk, which runs parallel to the development along Boston Harbor, Fan Pier combines world-class office spaces, premier residences, vibrant retail, and exceptional dining to create a dynamic waterfront experience. Community programming highlights the area’s strong connection to the harbor, featuring marquee events like Red Bull Cliff Diving and the Volvo Ocean Race’s Extreme Sailing Competition, alongside a variety of smaller, community-focused activities that enrich the neighborhood.

Centre South

Centre South is a 16.7-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of Charlotte’s Uptown and historic South End neighborhoods.
