Newton Upper Falls, MA – Elaine Construction Company announced the promotion of Tony Leonard to Director of Project Management.
Tony joined Elaine Construction in early 2019 as Project Executive, bringing with him a deep understanding of the framework in which clients must operate, from his decades experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
“This insight, coupled with his natural desire to coach and mentor, make him a natural fit for his new role,” Elain Construction said in a statement.
Along with managing the Project Management Team and their activities, he will oversee the implementation of Lean Methodology within the PM function.
