Tewksbury, MA Cushman & Wakefield represented KS Partners LLC in nine leasing transactions totaling 117,769 sf of office space at the Highwood Office Park, located at 1,2 &3 Highwood Drive in Tewksbury, MA.

The nine companies that signed leases at the Highwood Office Park include: CH Robinson, 5,773 sf; TTI, 7,372 sf; ACS, 7,500 sf; MFA, 41,741 sf; Smart Modular, 7,648 sf; Corvia Medical, 21,457 sf, Northstar, 14,971 sf, Draper & Kramer, 3,459 sf & Cast Navigation 7,874 sf.

Highwood Office Park is a three-building, 279,000 sf Class A office park less than 20 miles northwest of Boston. Situated among 17.7 acres and strategically located off I-495, it is also minutes from Interstate 93 and Route 3 which are key transportation arteries that feed into Boston and Cambridge.

The buildings present tenants with a unique suite of amenities, including a full-service cafe, fitness center with lockers and showers, and an on-site 277-room Holiday Inn hotel offering conference facilities and meeting space to host functions up to 350 guests.
