BOSTON—City’s top two commercial landlords will speak in Boston on Friday, Jan. 15. Blake Hutcheson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Toronto-based Oxford Properties Group, and Owen D. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Boston Properties, will speak in Boston at a “Real Deal” breakfast event hosted by the Commercial Brokers Association on Friday at 8:00 a.m.
Moderated by Bill McCall, President and Founder of McCall & Almy, the event will present a unique opportunity to hear from Boston’s two largest commercial landlords, who are changing the dynamic of the market, as they discuss their companies, their national and global objectives, and their insights regarding the Boston area going forward.
Oxford Properties Group and Boston Properties currently rank as the largest and second-largest owners of commercial office space in Boston, respectively, as the result of recent acquisitions and development of major properties in the city. The event is a rare opportunity to hear from Mr. Thomas, and marks Mr. Hutcheson’s first speaking engagement in Boston, and the first opportunity for Boston real estate professionals to hear his vision for the city.
