Boston– City Realty Group, a community-focused real estate development company serving the Greater Boston area since 2004, announced the promotion of Angelina Morales to Senior Property Manager.

In her new position, Morales will oversee CRG’s Dorchester, Roxbury, Roslindale and West Roxbury portfolio with a goal to achieve high service excellence and maintain a consistent resident retention rate.  She will also be responsible for property rentals and ensuring all buildings are maintained at high standards.

Morales began working at CRG in 2018 as a Real Estate Agent.  Born in the Dominican Republic, she migrated to the United States in 1993.  She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BA in Business Management and is now a homeowner living in Hyde Park with her children.

“I strongly believe that real estate is the best investment for one’s future and that fuels my passion to succeed in this industry,” said Morales.  “I am excited and thankful for the opportunity to advance my real estate career here at CRG, a company with a wonderful work culture that thrives on the diversity of its employees and celebrates our diverse backgrounds in a way that brings our team closer together.”

“As a member of a hard-working immigrant family myself, it’s gratifying to see Angelina grow and thrive at our company,” said CRG Managing Partner Fred Starikov.  “In a relatively short time, Angelina has proven herself as a capable manager and leader ready for the responsibilities inherent with the critically important position of Senior Property Manager.”

“Angelina has been a true impact player from her first day at CRG,” said CRG Managing Partner Stephen Whalen of Boston.  “A big part of the CRG culture is to provide opportunities for deserving and talented people such as Angelina to grow and advance their career right here with us.  We are proud of Angelina and it warms my heart to see another great real estate professional move up the ranks and succeed in such a big way.”

In addition to raising her children as a working mom, Angelina is active in the community as a supporter of City Kids, the nonprofit organization founded by Starikov and Whalen to address inequities in our education system and provide resources and opportunities that spark the intellectual curiosity of children living in Boston’s neighborhoods.
