“It is a true testament to see that CBRE has some of the best managed buildings and the highest quality professionals in the business. We would like to thank all the nominees and award winners for their tireless efforts in submitting their properties for consideration and to thank all of those who participated in the BOMA judging process,” said Mark Tassinari, Managing Director of CBRE’s New England Property Management division.

CBRE was honored with three TOBY awards for individual properties under the firm’s management; honors included One Beacon Street, a Metropolitan Life Insurance Company asset in Boston, for the Over 1 Million Square Feet category; The Center at Corporate Drive, a Spear Street Capital asset in Burlington, for the Low-Rise Suburban Office Part of the Year category; and 5th Ave & Totten Pond at City Point, an Anchor Line Partners asset in Waltham, for the Mid-Rise Suburban Office Part of the Year category.
