CBRE to Consolidate Two Boston Offices at 33 Arch, Spotlight Tech and Flex Strategies

BOSTON – CBRE announced plans to consolidate its two Boston offices, currently located at 33 Arch Street and 99 High Street, to space at 33 Arch Street on floors 10, 28 and 29.

The renovated office will feature both state-of-the-art technology and design that enhances workplace experience and productivity for more than 200 employees across multiple lines of business. CBRE plans to complete its renovation and occupy the new space in Q2 2020.

The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 initiative, the company’s leading-edge approach to workplace strategy, designed to promote flexibility, mobility and productivity through technology-enabled, free-address and paperless offices. Workplace360 offices feature a balance of workplace settings, including both collaborative and private spaces that employees can self-select to accommodate their hour-by-hour needs. The office will also be supported by Host, CBRE’s workplace experience services offering which includes both concierge services and technology to enhance experience and productivity.
