Boston – On behalf of Tritower Financial Group, CBRE/New England announced that three leases totaling 75,659 SF of office space and one renewal totaling 59,670 SF have been executed at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA over the past three months.

Combined with significant upgrades made at the building by Tritower Financial Group, this leasing activity further advances the comprehensive repositioning of the property as a premier office building northwest of Boston.

At 300 Apollo Drive, Tritower Financial Group signed three office leases including HCL Corporation, one of the top leading technology and IT enterprises in the world, for 29,033 SF; By Appointment Only, a sales meeting generation technology company, for 23,833 SF; and US Alliance Federal Credit Union, a full-service credit union that offers a wide range of banking services, for 22,793 SF. Axis Communications, a leader in network cameras and another IP networking solutions, renewed 59,670 SF.

CBRE/NE’s John Wilson is the exclusive leasing agent for the building. Rob Walles from CBRE/NE represented HCL Corporation. Matt Daniels from JLL represented By Appointment Only. Chris Decembrele from JLL represented US Alliance Federal Credit Union. John Wilson was the sole broker for Axis Communications.
