BOSTON—Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) will hold a public meeting today to discuss the proposed 64-unit, 49,999-square-foot housing project at 13 Shetland Street in Roxbury, MA.
The public meeting will be held from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the location today, July 20.
Shetland Street, LLC proposes to construct a four-story, residential development totaling approximately 49,999 square feet, according to BPDA website.
The proposed project will have 57 rental units which includes seven affordable. In addition, the development will have parking for up to 52 spaces. The meeting will be held at the Project Site.
