Boston– BOND Brothers, Inc. announced the grand opening of two new offices for their Massachusetts and New York teams.

The fifth-generation construction management and civil & utility general contracting firm will relocate their New York office from the Bronx to Manhattan and open a second Massachusetts office in Norwood. Factoring into the office openings was a strong desire to be more accessible to clients and facilitate easier commutes for staff, all in pursuit of enhancing work-life balance for current and prospective employees.

In addition to maintaining its current office in Medford, Massachusetts, BOND will open a 12,500 square foot office south of Boston in Norwood on University Avenue. These two locations will give employees choice and convenience when it comes to evaluating their commute. Situated on I-95 and I-93, the two offices will also allow for easier access to clients, project sites, and in-person collaboration throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

“At BOND, we appreciate our teams’ need for flexibility, desire for balance and the barriers that time spent commuting can create,” said Anthony Bond, CEO & President of BOND Brothers, Inc. “We always want our employees and clients to feel heard, and receiving their feedback was the genesis for our decision to relocate and add office space for our teams in New York and Massachusetts. We look forward to a collaborative settling-in process and better understanding the positive impact this exciting shift will have for our employees.”

BOND’s New York office, previously located in the Bronx, will move to Fifth Avenue in Downtown Manhattan, a centralized location more easily accessed by the region’s workforce via multiple modes of public transit. The office boasts 7,364 square feet of space on the 17th floor of the building, including a wrap-around terrace with open air and expansive views of the city. BOND’s New York outpost primarily serves the clients of its BOND Civil & Utility Construction subsidiary, with BOND Building Construction positioned for expanded growth within the region.

“Since our work in the tri-state has quickly expanded to all five New York boroughs, as well as Westchester, Long Island, and New Jersey, it is especially important that our new office presence offers easy access to our clients and worksites across the region,” said Kane Cuddy, President of BOND Civil & Utility Construction. “To implement change that allows our employees to be more present at work and in their personal lives was an easy decision.

We’re especially eager to offer a central and welcoming space to convene with our New York and tri-state clients, whose projects frequently occur under the very streets and sidewalks immediately surrounding our new building.”
