BOSTON– Ultivue, Inc. announced the relocation and expansion of its corporate headquarters to a new office and laboratory facility in Burlington, MA to advance the operations and growth of the company.
Avison Young’s Boston office arranged the 56,000-square-foot lease where Ultivue will relocate and triple in size in the fall of 2022 from its previous Cambridge location.
Avison Young’s Kevin Malloy, a Principal based in the firm’s Boston office specializing in life science, represented Ultivue in the negotiations while the landlord was represented by JLL. Avison Young’s Project Management Group will oversee the build out of Ultivue’s space, which will be led by Principal Steve Lacerte, who also specializes in the life sciences sector.
“Ultivue’s move and significant expansion at Burlington Biocenter is a strong indication of the company’s continued growth and the unwavering demand from life sciences tenants in the market,” said Malloy. “Market conditions were extremely challenging during our search as a result of biotech tenants leasing space at record levels. We ultimately secured the ideal space for the company’s evolving laboratory and office needs.”
