AGC of Massachusetts Hosts “Leading Women in Construction” Panel

BOSTON—Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts held an executive panel discussion Wednesday on “Leading Women in Construction.”

The panel was moderated by Nina Radzim, Human Resources Director at Gaston Electrical. Panelists included Marianne Monte, Chief People Officer at Shawmut Design & Construction; Kristin Protas, Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at Gilbane; Lauren Larson, Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at Commodore Builders; and Jennifer Pinck, Founder and President at Pinck & Co.

Each panelist brought their individual experiences to the table sharing best practices, challenges, successes and even a few disappointments during their paths to success.

As the leading commercial construction association in the Commonwealth, AGC MA provides member benefits and business resources for the state’s building industry. AGC offers management education, safety training, and advocacy for its members and the industry at large.
