Wilder Creates New Position: Director of Retail Strategies, Hires Bridget Beckeman

Boston –The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate leasing, management, and development firm announced that Bridget Beckeman in the newly created position of Director of Retail Strategies.

Ms. Beckeman will be responsible for coordinating and executing redevelopment and repositioning plans across the Wilder portfolio to address the changing retail climate. She will focus on maximizing the value of each property by exploring alternative retail and non-retail uses and additional development opportunities.

Ms. Beckeman will also be working to expand relationships with investors seeking retail advisory and management services for their retail and mixed-use portfolios.

Her experience spans a variety of retail and mixed-use property types, from Class A malls, urban mixed-use, and high street retail to lifestyle and grocery-anchored shopping centers.

Most recently, she was with Jamestown, LP where she was responsible for the company’s New York City mixed-use portfolio, including Chelsea Market and One Times Square. Prior to that, she was an analyst on J.P. Morgan’s Global Real Assets team, where she focused on retail investments across the United States.

Ms. Beckeman is a graduate of Harvard College, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a young member of the Urban Land Institute.
