Brodigan has served as vice president for the Suburban Brokerage team of Colliers International Boston for over four years, consulting with clients in the leasing, sale, disposition, and acquisition of real estate assets in the 128 & 495 North markets. He served in a similar role for Klemmer Associates for nearly 10 years before moving into his present position with Colliers. Brodigan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Hartford and is a dedicated supporter of the Joey Fund and the Boston Children’s Hospital Dream Maker initiative.

“Tim is a proven industry professional who is well-regarded by his peers in the brokerage profession,” said SIOR New England past president Mancini. “He’s a top producer at Colliers International, has been very engaged with the chapter over the years, and has proven to be a great leader as well. I have no doubt Tim will be an excellent president.”

Over the past two years, Brodigan and Mancini have been instrumental in forging a collaborative relationship with the MIT Center for Real Estate, which was founded in 1983 by industry icon Charles “Hank” Spaulding, to improve the quality of the built environment and to promote a more informed professional practice in the global real estate industry. In 2015, SIOR New England began granting a scholarship to the Center’s Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) program, which explores every field that impacts the real estate industry — from design and development to construction, management, finance, and the law.

The 2016 scholarship was awarded to Alfredo Keitaro Bando Hano of Mexico City at the SIOR New England Scholarship Night held at the Brae Burn Country Club in Newton on November 16th. Hano served as a broker for the Mexico City office of Colliers International before entering the MIT program this fall. SIOR New England also awarded the 2016 Robert W. Holmes SIOR Scholarship to Kevin Brawley, assistant vice president at Colliers International Boston. The Holmes scholarship is given annually to the SIOR candidate that best exemplifies a commitment to the SIOR organization and has a consistent record of stellar professionalism as an office/industrial broker in the Greater Boston market.
