The Developers Summit, which will be held on April 26 at the Newton Marriott Hotel in Newton, MA, will focus on the Greater Boston real estate development market in the office, life sciences, multi-family, retail, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
In 2018, Boston proper will see a delivery of almost one million square feet of brand-new, occupied office space, and an appetite for more quality space remains unabated in Boston and key suburban markets.
Mr. Robinson’s key role at Nordblom is identifying, understanding and securing multifamily investments and developments. His unique expertise comes from the deep relationships with owners and long-term knowledge of the best markets opportunities for residential development and acquisition having spent the last 26 years in the New England apartment market.
For the last 12 years he has expanded this knowledge and experience into North Carolina. His experience comes through having worked on 80+ transactions and developments, worth over $1.5 billion. Through his deep connections with owners, and his unique skill in securing contracts and closing the best assets in the market place, he provides Norblom and its investors a chance to invest in the best opportunities in the New England and North Carolina markets, understanding the risks and upside potential of markets and properties.
Mr. Robinson also seeks to understand and evaluate the investor’s needs, and implement investment solutions with partners, carefully guiding the investment process.
