BURLINGTON- KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has been awarded the Property Management and Leasing contract for Enfield Square Enfield, Connecticut, according to Robert Lemons, Managing Partner of the firm. Vice President of Leasing Don Mace will handle leasing for the property.
Enfield Square is a 787,000 square foot regional mall on Elm Street in Enfield, located at center of a major retail node between exits 47 and 48 (Hazard Avenue and Elm Street) on Route 191 (92,900 ADT). The center is anchored by Target and Rave Cinemas Enfield 12.
“Enfield Square is a prime location in a vibrant retail market,” Lemons says. “With two productive anchors, it provides an excellent remerchandising or redevelopment opportunity.”
