BOSTON– JLL announced that its Property Management team for Rowes Wharf recently won a 2017 BOMA Boston TOBY Award in the Mixed-Use category. The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards recognize the best and brightest in property management and building operations across 17 categories. Our team was proud to accept this honor at BOMA Boston’s annual TOBY & Industry Awards Dinner on November 16th.

Rowes Wharf is a six-story, 665,000-square-foot mixed-use complex. Its Foster’s Court is often deemed the gateway to Boston from land and from water. The complex includes 365,000 square feet of Class A office space, the 5-star Boston Harbor Hotel, 100 luxury residential condominiums, street level retail, and marine facilities.

The Rowes Wharf Property Management team includes Group Manager Kristen Faia, Senior General Manager Dorothy Klausmann, Assistant General Manager Andrea Ward, Chief Engineer Mike Curran and Assistant Chief Engineer Tulsie Jodhan. The team is currently overseeing multiple capital improvement projects at the property, including a renovation of all the lobbies in the space.

BOMA Boston, a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and a federated chapter of BOMA International, represents owners and managers of commercial real estate in the Greater Boston Area. Their annual TOBY Awards are part of the BOMA International TOBY Awards. In recent years, our teams for One Financial Center, Seaport West and more have also been recognized as TOBY honorees.
