Griffith Properties Secures 10 New Tenants in Lexington

Boston – On behalf of Griffith Properties, CBRE/New England announced 94,566 square feet in new lease transactions have been executed at Lexington Crossing, a five-building office park located in Lexington, MA.

Berkshire Bank (11,704 SF), Shaser (8,555 SF), Lanyon Solutions (7,902 SF), GeNO (3,311 SF) and AdaCore (2,854 SF) signed at 81 Hartwell Avenue; AER (24,960 SF), CliftonLarsonAllen (12,976 SF), scPharma (5,136 SF) and Patch Media (3,188 SF) signed at 131 Hartwell Avenue; and Boston Fusion (9,549 SF) and Alpha Pension (4,421 SF) signed at 70 Westview Street.
