Grand Coast Capital Group Acquires Mixed-Use Property in Dublin

BOSTON– Grand Coast Capital Group, a Boston-based real estate investment and private lending firm, announced has acquired Swords Plaza, a 101,285 sq. ft. retail and office complex located on Main Street in Swords/Dublin, Ireland.

The centrally located mixed-use property presents a significant opportunity for value-add positioning and includes a variety of top-performing local, national and international tenants including Smiles Dental, Axa Insurance, McDonalds and DHL Express, among others.

This acquisition reiterates Grand Coast Capital’s continued investment interest in Ireland, which now includes a number of hotel, commercial, and mixed-use real estate assets.
