Cushman & Wakefield Hires 8 New Professionals in Boston

BOSTON– Cushman & Wakefield announced the hiring of eight new professionals in its Boston office. These new hires reflect the firm’s on-going commitment to sourcing the best talent to complement its teams and provide exemplary service to clients.

“We are thrilled they have chosen Cushman & Wakefield to advance their careers and look forward to their contributions to our team,” said Carolyn Sidor, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s New England offices.

Elizabeth Fangmeyer, Senior Graphic Designer: Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Fangmeyer spent five years as the Senior Graphic Designer for Citizens Bank, where she supported the growth of digital content design. Fangmeyer also collaborated with creative teams on a wide variety of design projects while contributing to the implementation of brand standards across print and digital channels.

Kristen Gallo, Senior Financial Analyst: Gallo arrives at Cushman & Wakefield after five years working as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young, where she performed audits on a variety of SEC registered companies in the real estate industry. Gallo’s position also provided experience working with high risk accounts, fair value accounting and equity method investments.

Wildry Herrera, Senior Lease Auditor.  Herrera joins Cushman & Wakefield after spending 13 years at Santander in a variety of positions. Most recently, she was a Lease Administration Analyst at the bank where she abstracted leases, reviewed expense reconciliations, managed rent calculations and assisted the transaction team with legal document execution.

Mary Kensinger, Capital Markets Analyst: A 2018 Boston College graduate, Kensinger gained experience with two internships, one with the Public Strategy Group Inc., and another with Related Beal. At Related Beal, Kensinger was the temporary tenant services coordinator in charge of overseeing accounts payables/receivables, coding invoices for payment processing and preparing multiple rent statements.

Devin Tringale, Downtown Brokerage Associate: Tringale comes to Cushman after spending the past year playing professional hockey in France. A 2017 Harvard University graduate, Tringale gained industry experience with two internships, one with State Street where he worked with institutional investor services, and the other with Buffalo 8, a full-service media company.

Phillip Verre, Suburban Brokerage Associate: A 2018 Boston College graduate, Verre comes to Cushman & Wakefield after working as a Suburban Brokerage intern at Colliers International and a New England Industrial Practice group intern at JLL.

Daniel Wells, General Manager: Wells joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team to manage 28 State Street in Boston. He has six years of property management experience and joins the firm from Rockhill Management. Prior to his career in property management, Wells was in the U.S. Army for seven years and served 12 months in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Alec White, Project Manager: White joins Cushman & Wakefield from Chapman Construction after spending five years working as a Project Manager where his responsibilities included bidding of work, qualification of bids, on-site subcontractor coordination, pre-purchase of long-lead items, managing project finances and ensuring projects stayed on schedule and on budget.
