BOSTON– Colliers International’s Southwest Team recently represented Dellbrook | JKS in a 4,900-square-foot expansion that will bring its total footprint to just shy of 26,000 square feet at One Adams Place (aka 859 Willard Street) in Quincy, MA.

This most recent expansion is the fourth since taking occupancy of less than 10,000 square feet in 2013, which translates to almost 150% growth in this location since that time. Colliers International senior vice president Stephen Woelfel, Jr., in conjunction with his fellow teammates, executive vice president David Goodhue, senior vice president Caleb Hudak, and Vice Presidents Kevin Brawley and PJ Foster, has advised Dellbrook through each of these expansions and extensions.

“It has been incredible to watch Dellbrook’s growth over the last five years,” noted Woelfel. “Their success is undoubtedly a testament to the quality of their work and reputation in the Greater Boston area.”

“We are extremely excited to continue to grow and expand within One Adams Place, as the location offers the flexibility we need to fully service our clients,” shared Dellbrook President and CEO Mike Fish. “The added space allows for the continued growth of our Learning and Development and Technology platforms while giving our staff the necessary resources to be successful. We are also equally excited to continue growing our relationship with Colliers as they have been instrumental in our company’s expansion.”
