BOSTON– The Boston office of Colliers International announced that it has successfully brokered the sale of the 39-acre former 4H property at 466 Chestnut Street at Eliot Street in Ashland, Ma.
Colliers Senior Vice President Bob Cronin represented both the seller, Cloverland Properties of Sudbury, Ma., and the buyer, The Green Companies of Newton, Ma. Public records indicate that the sale price for the property was $3,150,000.
According to recent press releases, the project at 466 Chestnut Street has been named “ The Lanterns at Warren Woods “ and it has recently been approved for 93 senior-living residential units. Construction will start in the next 60-days.
